Registration forms are in PDF format. Click a link to open a form (or right-click to download to your desktop), then print it, fill it out, & mail it in!
If you're an entertainer who'd like to perform in one of the CIC Showcases, take a look at the showcase schedule and contact Janna Joos to reserve your slot!
All scheduled events other than the seminars are open to the public, so if there are individuals that you wish to invite to any of the showcases or the evening events, please ask them to register for those events and pre-pay for them, especially if they wish to partake in any of the meals.
